  “Gohan…Gohan… come on baby please wake up.” Gohan heard his moms voice and felt her shaking him. Gohan slowly opened his eyes and saw his mom, Master Roshi, Krillin, and Bulma.

  “Mommy…what happened...” Gohan asked dazed.

  “Oh, thank God, I can’t lose you too.” Chi-Chi said as she started crying

  “Cough…cough…Chi-Chi…how is he?” Gohan heard his dads voice, and he looked around for him and saw him on the ground next to Raditz and a tall green man with pointy ears who was missing arm standing over them,

  “Daddy!!” Gohan shouted as he ran over to him and once, he got to him he saw how badly hurt he was, there was a big hole in his chest that you could see through, and there was blood coming from his mouth.

  “Hey son you did a good job with that attack.” Goku weakly said as he raised his arm to pat Gohan’s head “I’m proud of you. Don’t cry ok you have to be brave for you mom now ok.”

  Gohan was trying to hold back his tears, but he couldn't, “…sob…daddy...”

  “Goku don’t worry we will bring you back with the Dragon Balls ok.” Gohan heard Krillin say

  “sob…sob…what’s that?” Gohan asked while kneeling next to his dad holding his hand

  “You know that cool ball on top of your hat, there are seven of them and if collect all of them then a dragon comes out and grants you any wish you want.” Bulma expined

  “sob…sob…that means my daddy can come back?” Gohan asked,

  “Yes, honey your dad can come back, so don’t worry about anything ok.” Chi-Chi said hugging Gohan while tears slid down her face. Suddenly, the sound of something being crushed was heard and everyone turned to look at its direction and saw Raditz crushing his scouter.

  “…cough…cough…you have good friends Kakarot if only I was sent here with you, I might not have turned out like this.” Raditz said as he struggled to speak.

  “What do you mean?” Goku asked Raditz while trying to sit up and look at him.

  “I regret what I did to you and your family Kakarot, but I had no choice there are two other saiyans out there, one of them is the prince of the saiyan and the other used to work for the king and they are both a lot stronger than me. They will be heading this way; they were listening to everything that happened through this scouter that I destroyed so they heard about the dragon balls and are more than likely to head here to try and make their own wish.” Raditz said

  “Why are you telling us this?” asked Goku

  “Because Kakarot as much it pains me to admit this, they will not come to wish me back but make a different wish. Like I said out of the two of them I am the weakest and one thing saiyans pride themselves in… is strength so why would they waste a wish to bring back someone weak like me when they could ask for anything else.” Raditz said

  “So, what you are saying is that there are two more saiyans out there and that they are a lot stronger than you and they will be coming here…damn and we struggled with just one of you.” The green man finally spoke

  “Yes, they are, Namekian.” Raditz said looking at the green man.

  “How long before they get here?” Goku asked

  “They will take about a year to get here from the pnet they are at now. I’m sorry Kaka…rot…” Raditz had stopped talking as he finally died.

  “Looks like we will have our work cut out for us huh Piccolo. I’m kind of looking forward to fighting th…” Goku didn’t finish his sentence as he died before his body vanished from the ground where he was.

  “Goku!... where did he go?” Chi-Chi and the others asked looking around for him.

  “Daddy!” Gohan said as he looked at where his dad was.

  “Looks like Kami is pnning something.” Piccolo said while staring into the sky

  “What do you mean, where’s my Goku?” Chi-Chi said as she got up quickly and gred at Piccolo

  “I don’t know Kami is pnning something that’s why he took Gokus body.” Piccolo said looking down at Chi-Chi

  “Chi-Chi don’t worry about that right now we can still bring him back with the dragon balls ok calm down.” Bulma said trying to calm Chi-Chi.

  “Let’s not forget that two more saiyans are coming in a year, who are a lot stronger than him.” Master Roshi said pointing at Raditz.

  “Yeah, what are we going to do, it took both you and Goku everything you had just to beat one of them and you lost an arm in that fight.” Krillin said looking at Piccolo with some visible concern on his face.

  Piccolo looked at Krillin with a scowl on his face then his face got serious while he grabbed on to his shoulder where his missing arm was, he yelled and then suddenly his arm grew back, it was wet and covered in slime.

  “I didn’t know you could do that.” Krillin said while looking at Piccolo; Piccolo started to make a fist with his new arm and looked at Krillin.

  “We have one year to train before those saiyans arrive so you better not waste it, while you’re at it you should probably tell your worthless friends as well. They might not be much help, but they could make for some good meat shields…hahaha” Piccolo said with a grin, then he looked at Gohan who was still crying for his dad. “I’m taking Goku’s brat with me to train.”

  “What no way in hell am I going to let my son go with a monster like you if anything I will train him myself!” Chi-Chi said angrily

  “Yeah, if anything Gohan can train with us, why would he need to go with you.” Krillin said looking at Piccolo.

  “You guys are weak, hell he won’t make much progress if he trains with you, the kid has a lot of power and if he trains with you, he won’t learn how to wield it properly and will be useless when the saiyans arrive.” Piccolo said looking down on Krillin.

  “No! absolutely not my son will not go with you I already lost my husband, and I will not lose my son too.” Chi-Chi yelled while going over to hug Gohan who had not moved from where Goku vanished. Gohan struggled to get out of his mom’s grasp, he dried his tears while looking at his mom,

  “No mommy I must train before the other saiyans get here they will hurt everyone I care about I have to fight that’s why you let me train right?” Gohan said as he looked up at her.

  “No Gohan, I let you train so that you could learn how to defend yourself not go picking fights and wind up getting killed.” Chi-Chi said while looking at Gohan with tears going down her face.

  “Mommy I want to train and become stronger to protect everyone just like daddy ok.” Gohan said looking at his mom, drying her tears. Gohan then went up to Piccolo and gave him a bow and said, “Please train me!” Everyone was shocked at Gohans actions including Piccolo,

  “Gohan buddy you don’t know what you’re saying if you want to train you can train with me not with him ok, he’s a bad guy.” Krillin said walking over to Gohan.

  Gohan shook his head and looked at Piccolo “You are Piccolo right?”

  “Yeah, kid what about it?” Piccolo said with a confused expression on his face.

  “My daddy said that there was only one other person in the world who was as strong as him and that is you. If I want to get stronger to protect everyone I need to train with the strongest person and that, is you.” Gohan said looking up at Piccolo.

  “Hahaha…kid you are alright, but you need to know that I won’t hold back when training you, I’m not your mommy or your daddy I’m not going to hold your hand I will make a warrior out of you. I will push you beyond your limits and then keep pushing you, do you think you can handle that, because if you can’t you are better off going on home to your mommy.” Piccolo said with a grin.

  Gohan looked down at the ground for a few minutes then he looked back at Piccolo with determination on his face and said, “Yes I can handle it, I have to if I want to protect everyone.”

  (AN: I will take a break for a few days to rest and do some research for ter chapters, then start writing the next five chapters and hopefully have them done by sometime next week. Gohan trains for a year so I will write about his training and add something new that I hope everyone will like.)
