"Here's your commission, I know your 1% was supposed to be 1.2 million in the original price of the deal with three more simir payments but I believe you're going to more than make up for that loss if you handle the matter of the other nd... Can I trust you with it Francesca?" Bryan wired six-hundred thousands to this legal representative then said that while stressing the incentives.

  Francesca stared at him for a while before looking at the bance of her bank account which received a boost of six figures in less than an hour's work which she did nothing other than revising the terms of some contracts and couldn't believe how easy it is to work with this young man who practically handled the negotiations with the two geezers alone, honestly Francesca was prepared for a back and forth tug of war between both sides with her doing her best to stop them from tearing at each other and forcing them to go do some ps to calm down and spend many hours at the negotiation table and having so many breaks in the middle.

  Now when Bryan told Francesca that he's going to make it up for her in the other deal she almost wanted to put her hand on his forehead to check his temperature while asking : "Are you well? People are losing their jobs all over the country and the economy just came crashing down yet you're throwing your money left and right as if you can't wait to get rid of it all... you must be sick up here little guy!"

  Of course she's going to do everything in her power to finish the deal on that massive plot of nd as soon as possible to get her hands on that commission which is going to be at least five or six-times the amount she just received.

  Francesca stood there at the door of the city hall with a wide smile on her face after shaking Bryan's hand and getting his phone number, such direct clients have always been easy for her to understand once she deals with them since the most important thing for them is the results not the means and the right timing of delivery.

  Francesca made a phone call to Charles Olivera and gave him the detailed version of the meeting and the results Bryan brilliantly achieved, then she informed Charles that in the future he might receive a few calls from the mayor to probe for answers about their mutual friend and the reason behind him wanting to buy such a plot of nd in the first pce.

  Charles ended the call once Francesca told him about the answers Bryan expects him to give the mayor and the stance he should take on the matter, then he smiled while checking his bank account which just received two payments from Bryan for the two cars Celest choose earlier.

  David also sent him a message to inform him that his boss wants all his cars to be delivered to the parking space of his new building and wants four bck Range Rovers so that whenever his security detail is more than one person accompanying him then the rest can follow his car while he gets to enjoy the space on his own or the company of others.

  Of course Charles Olivera was more than happy to send the cars and receive the extra money after Celest took one red Porsche Cayenne and one yellow Lamborghini Urus, of course he tried to convince that girl that his friend Mr. Bryan insisted that it's alright for her to buy whatever she wants from his dealership but that girl refused to take advantage of the young man's generosity which is why the combined worth of the two cars is actually less than a single Rolls-Royce.

  Bryan actually paid Charles more money for the four bck Range Rovers today and less than half what he expected to pay for Celest's cars.

  However, it was soon after Celest left that another acquaintance of Bryan's visited Charles Olivera's dealership.

  This one was so excited to see the different cars and the variety of brands then was shocked after hearing the infted prices and knowing that each and every single one is custom designed by the mother factories with special emphasis on being impact-proof and bulletproof.

  But her interest was peaked once she got to hear some news about her little brother Bryan from Charles, the pair of eyes on this beauty glowed once she heard that in just two days her little brother bought four cars for his dies and four cars for himself plus four more cars for his bodyguards!

  Charles was surprised once this woman choose four cars for herself and two bck Range Rovers then requested that he arrange for her own security detail then signed the contracts and wired the money then left his dealership just like that after taking the BMW she just bought, Elena also asked him to send these cars to her little brother's parking space and send the bodyguards to stay in Serene-Haven building.

  For the first time ever in his life Charles was able to make so much profit in a short time span by selling so many luxurious cars!

  He was so happy that he rewarded his worried employees with bonuses, of course all of them were following the news channels which were full of specutions about what to expect in the following days.

  Bryan was still in his car after finalizing the deal while David kept making calls and informing him of everything, the first piece of information that all his and Celest's belongings have been packed and transported to the floor directly below the Apex Athletics Center, the second piece of news is that the cars are on their way to his boss's private parking space, the third piece of news is that his drivers and bodyguards plus the chef and nutritionist are currently occupying the floor directly below his boss in the Serene-Haven building and all of them are satisfied with their future living space plus the many benefits they can receive by using the different facilities in the Center itself.

  Celest and Linnet are accompanied by Riley and the three of them are getting their fair share of fun shopping and choosing what to wear for the dinner before their trip to the hairstylist and makeup artists, but since it's already three hours away from the time of their dinner and David, Kyle, and Jessica are supposed the switch with the next shift somewhere in the middle... Bryan asked to take him to the Serene-Haven building.

  David also notified Bryan that his big sister Elena is also sending her cars to his private parking space and her own bodyguards to live in his building and received a simple nod.

  Of course the reason Bryan wants to go to the Serene-Haven building isn't because he wants to check the pce or anything like that but because he needs some time alone to figure out how to use the mysterious space of the grassnd.

  Being alone and having a bit of free time is an opportunity for him to take advantage of the time difference, but before that he needs to try some of his chef's food because he's quite hungry already.

  Bryan also feels like he still cks sleep since he put his head to rest te st night and woke up early in the morning today, Bryan took off his watch and the cufflinks then gave them to Jessica with his phone before taking off the shoes and spreading his legs to their limit underneath Kyle's seat and closed his eyes to get some rest after Jessica helped him take the jacket of his suit off.

  "Don't be surprised by it you two... The boss always sleeps in the car and whenever there's a chance to get some rest, he takes it!" David said softly once he saw Kyle and Jessica exchanging a look, "I bet you're excited to check our new headquarters, because I sure as hell am."

  Jessica nodded before leaning between the chairs and whispered : "Is that Apex Athletics Center really that amazing? I heard a few rumors about their facilities being top quality but a gym is a gym right!"

  Kyle frowned because some of his contacts from overseas once recommended him to try the simution chamber in that pce but the price was a bit too costly for his taste especially when his contact clearly said that he's only going to receive benefits once he keep trying to improve his record in the simution chamber for at least a month or two!

  Just one month of renting the service of that chamber is worth two-thirds of his current wages so that's why Kyle said : "No thank you." and went on to live his life normally.

  David shrugged and said : "I keep hearing some weird stuff from here and there but I always get the feeling that something is being kept a secret and for some reason these people are maintaining it closely under wraps from the rest of us, but the boss tried the simution chamber yesterday and we all know how strong the boss is after seeing what he did to the fatty in the morning."

  "Then that simution chamber had nothing to do with Bryan's ridiculous power, a person I know told me once that benefits start to show once someone uses the simution chamber for a month or two at least." Kyle shook his head after saying that to deny David's cims.

  "Now that you mentioned it... the boss really had me on my knees when we first met, all he did was squeeze my hand in our hand shake and I had to give it my very best just to hold myself back from wailing for mercy!" David scratched his cheek and blushed after saying that once he saw Jessica look at him and smile in amusement.

  Jessica patted David on the shoulder, "It doesn't matter what that simution chamber can do, now that Bryan owns it and we're granted access to it then we can explore it however we like in the future to unravel the mystery." Then she leaned her upper body back to lean on the backrest of backseat while adding : "Whatever the facilities of that center are... they're ours now boys!" Then she smiled widely towards David who looked at her in the rear mirror then gave him a seductive wink before turning to look through her window.
