Chapter 75: You Cant Drink in the Tavern

"I won't let you get hit, I have a way." Cynthia blinked her eyes, she guessed that Kael would find her today with a pretty high probability, but it must be midnight already, she had to make him angry first and then apologize.

"We're going out now, do you think he'll find out?" she asked in a low voice.

"If I didn't go out of my way to find you, I don't think he would have known," said Joe.

"Are you going to indulge her again?" Anthony raised an eyebrow.

Cynthia, who was still taller than Qiao, said solemnly: "I will protect Qiao."

Qiao stood beside her, blushing slightly and nodded, saying: "She should go out to relax a bit, it's not good to be cooped up in here all the time."

Anthony's gaze swept over the two of them, and he clicked his tongue. "You can't go out like that; you need a wig. No one in the city taverns wants to see a blonde woman with a fallen angel with red eyes."

Cynthia's eyes lit up, "You agree too."

Antony walked up to her and said, "Originally, I should have let you use a bottle of fairy hair dye, but I think adults won't like your hair being permanently colored."

His hand lifted a strand of Cynthia's long hair, spreading from the tip of his fingers to a raven-like blackness. Cynthia looked at the dark color and frowned, somewhat dissatisfied, "I want red, black is too dull."

Anthony glanced at her and reluctantly handed over the color she wanted.

Her head full of light golden curly hair was dyed into a deep apricot red, which is a very charming and beautiful color.

And such a bright hair color hasn't suppressed Cynthia's beautiful appearance at all.

"Am I pretty?" she asked Joe. Joe nodded and she looked at Anthony who also reluctantly nodded.

"Alas, it seems Karius's aesthetic sense is indeed problematic." Cynthia sighed.

"You've only got six hours of maintenance time, before the grown-ups find out we're indulging you. We should get going." Anthony turned sideways and made a beckoning gesture to Cynthia.

Joe said: "I'll go get Ebral."

Cynthia easily won over the three fallen angels, originally thought it would take some effort, but they were so indulgent to her, actually a bit unexpected.

The four of them quietly got on a low-key ordinary horse carriage and disappeared into the sunset on Matchless Mountain.

Caius has been sitting since last night and hasn't moved his body yet.

He was like a living fossil, with emotions changing in his crimson eyes.

Cynthia, who had long since thrown Caia over her shoulder, was carrying a large bundle of cloth in her arms and sat opposite Anthony, who still held two large chests containing some jewels taken from the treasury.

Anthony said speechlessly: "You're using playing as an excuse and making clothes again, aren't you?"

"Kaius has so many properties, so many colored fabrics, I have to help him spend a bit more, otherwise it will be a waste when he takes them into the ground later." Cynthia replied with a smile.

Her last sentence made the driver outside speechless, and even Eber, who was listening with his ears perked up, was left tongue-tied.

"He burst out laughing. 'A grown man's lifespan has no bounds, which means his wealth is also inexhaustible. Cynthia, don't be so foolish.'"

"I'm very clever." She retorted with a smile.

The car stopped in front of the elf's tailor shop, and several people carried large boxes into it.

At first, the elf almost didn't recognize Cynthia, and that head of red curly hair really startled her.

"Didn't you say it would take two days? You've delivered everything so quickly." The elf circled around the several boxes of goods piled on the ground, his expression excited. "They're all good stuff, what are you planning to do with them?"

Cynthia pulled her into the cubicle and said shyly, "This time I won't decide on the style with you, it's all up to your preference, I only have one request."

"The neckline shouldn't be too low, it's better to be a bit more subtle and elegant."

"Are adults dissatisfied with the last one?" The elf's gaze swept around her chest, nodding in understanding, "Indeed, they all say he likes big ones, and you still have to grow longer."

"Don't worry, I'll take care of everything."

  Cynthia:

  She regretted spreading rumors afterwards.

Coming out of the tailor's shop, Anthony recommended to her, "Let's go to the Maltose Bar."

"You can't drink in a tavern." Joe seriously instructed Cynthia before entering the tavern.

Cynthia didn't object either, "As long as they're willing to provide hot milk."

Although all four of them have made some changes in their attire to varying degrees, the fallen angel's value is still a unique existence among the crowd.

Although they changed their eye color and dyed their hair, their facial features are deep and slender, with a special elegance and composure.

Compared with the disorder and poverty of Xicheng District, the bars in Dongcheng District are much more elegant, at least from the outside.

There are almost no vampires here, and the security is much better than in the Western District. Even at night, there are always scattered pedestrians on the road.

Glass windows with wooden lattices vaguely visible inside the singing and dancing figures, the second floor is a large wooden veranda, the top covered with red tile into a sharp peak.

After entering the tavern, the four people received various gazes that hid human desires deep within.

Clean uneven stone floor with several wooden tables and long benches, walls without extra decorations, only a large number of wooden wine barrels piled up in the corner.

Some people at the table, with a drunken swagger, sang loudly, and their arrival was like a high-pitched sigh that almost pierced through the walls made of grey mud.

He chose a clean long wooden table and sat down. The waitress at the wine shop came up quickly to ask, "What do you need?"

"Three cups of malt liquor, one cup of hot horse milk, topped with roasted meat and meat pie."

The hot milk made the waitress pause, "We don't serve horse milk here."

Anthony stared at her, a hint of red flashing in his dark pupils. "I believe you'll find a way."

  "Of course, sir."

Cynthia looked at the maid with a vacant expression and walked away stiffly, curiously asking: "Is she under your control?"

"Tell me, Cynthia, why did you have to go and take a risk like that? You can't be unaware that the adults will get angry." Antony refocused his attention on her once again.

The maid quickly brought up three mugs of malted beer and the food they had ordered.

"I'd like to drown my sorrows in drink." Cynthia sighed.

"So you can go to the adults' wine cellar at any time." Anthony shook his finger, "So this excuse doesn't hold up."

"He won't let me drink anymore, ever since I got drunk last time." Cynthia lay on the wooden table, staring at a few beauties swaying by in front of her, looking dispirited. "He just dislikes me because I'm from Rydania, always biased against me."

Evie leaned down, blocking her view of the beautiful woman. "What exactly happened yesterday afternoon?"
